Ekiden Manager: Triple Crown is a week-by-week, turn-based simulation game where you coach a college ekiden (long-distance relay) team — scouting and training runners to win all three great relays of the season. There are no budgets or facilities to manage: you focus entirely on the coaching decisions that matter — training plans, relay orders, and finding the right people.

Q. Where is my save data stored?
Your progress is saved automatically on your device. Tap "Continue" on the title screen to resume. Note that deleting the app also deletes your save data.
Q. My runners aren't improving.
Growth is fastest when there is a large gap between a runner's potential and current ability, and slows as they approach their ceiling. High fatigue reduces training gains, so schedule rest deliberately. Personality traits (revealed as you spend time together) also affect growth. Check the monthly report to see who improved last month.
Q. How do I raise a runner’s condition (◎○△▼)?
Condition fluctuates naturally every week. The rest menu gives a strong boost, so resting your team the week before a big race is a classic coaching move. Summer-camp breakthroughs also raise it; racing temporarily lowers it.
Q. My runners keep getting injured.
Higher fatigue means higher injury risk (above 70 is the danger zone). Interval training and the summer camp are especially risky. Injured runners gain nothing from training and recover automatically over the shown number of weeks. Runners with low recovery accumulate fatigue faster.
Q. I can’t enter the New Year mountain relay.
If you did not finish in the top 10 (a seeded spot) the previous year, you must get through the October qualifying round. Qualifiers are decided by the combined time of your top 10 runners, so squad depth matters as much as your ace.
Q. What is the coach invitation event?
From year 10 onward, top record-holding alumni may be recommended as coaches by the board. Hiring one adds a training slot (up to 5). But if you fail to place 3rd or better in a major relay within their 5-year term, you will face a hard choice: release the coach, or resign as manager.
Q. The app won’t start / keeps crashing.
